Organizations use various methods to determine the number of communities that they serve. For example, for some organizations, the number of open branches can be used as an accurate proxy for the number of communities that they serve.
Metrics identified as "cross-category" are those that are relevant to any IRIS+ Impact Category or Impact Theme (i.e., these metrics are not specific to any particular industry/category or theme).
